About Swiss Chard
Swiss chard, or silver beet, is one of my favourite things to grow. It’s incredible versatile, and a pick and come again type of green. It is a tall leafy green vegetable with a thick, crunchy stalk that comes in white, red or yellow with wide fan-like green leaves. Our favourite things to do with it is to steam it up with spinach but this versatile veggie is great in salads and so much more.
